“I highly recommend Chinchilla’s lifestyle, creative people, and creative opportunities”

Lyn lived in Chinchilla for 16 years, having moved from Richmond in northern Queensland. Lyn’s father transferred to Chinchilla in July 1945, hence Lyn attended school here, taught here, married here in 1962, and has lived on a farm in Warra/Jandowae since then. What Lyn loves best about Chinchilla is the “Chinchilla White Gums Gallery, St Cecelia’s Anglican Church, and the creative people who live here.” Lyn adds “I highly recommend Chinchilla’s lifestyle, creative people, and creative opportunities”.

Helen has lived in Chinchilla for 41 years, having moved from Brisbane for love and work. What she likes most about Chinchilla is the people. When she goes away she misses “the tranquility of our property”. Helen adds “Well worth a visit. Well worth the stay. Well worth living here.”
